What do you like about working in the Granite Channel?
For me, there is a great sense of team, which is unique to other sales cultures I have been involved in. It's probably the tenure of the channel folks I have gotten to work with...They eat lunch together, who does that?!
Provide a fun fact: I have ridden a bicycle over both the Pyrenees mountain range and the Swiss Alps solo.

Granite TechExpress is our field service management platform that allows simplified creation, viewing, and management of on-site service requests like repairs, technical support, equipment installation, and more. Granite Channels partners can manage services across multiple clients, and drill into individual customers’ services data.

The platform also enables direct communication between customers and technicians through an in-app chat feature that improves collaboration. With handy features like technician assignment based on prior visits and equipment details, TechExpress simplifies field service delivery.
Granite Case Study: Network Upgrade Delivers Speed, Security and Savings to an International Retail Leader
A major international retailer with over 4,000 locations partnered with Granite to modernize its network infrastructure and move away from expensive, low-bandwidth MPLS and T1 circuits. Granite implemented a Fortinet SD-WAN solution, replacing legacy access with broadband connections providing at least 5x more bandwidth at lower costs. Integrated 4G LTE provides automatic wireless failover if primary links go down. The SD-WAN enables prioritization of critical applications like POS systems and inventory management to ensure they remain available.
Beyond bandwidth and reliability gains, Granite's solution delivered robust security demanded by the customer after a previous breach. The Fortinet SD-WAN includes next-gen firewall capabilities with integrated threat protection across the full attack surface, helping ensure PCI compliance. Granite's Managed Field Services teams handled the full rollout including scheduling, equipment setup, installation after hours, and decommissioning of old gear. With a single provider and monthly bill, the retailer streamlined multi-location operations while gaining major performance, availability and security improvements.
